  •  In Campinas, Brazil a group of friends, drunk, went to pick up a friend. The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter - holding her hand, who was already seated in the car: "MY DAUGHTER, GO WITH GOD AND MAY HE PROTECT YOU."
        She responded: "ONLY IF HE (GOD) TRAVELS IN THE TRUNK, CAUSE INSIDE HERE IT'S ALREADY FULL"..  Hours later, news came by that they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died, the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact. The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs, none were broken.

     

     

    This story kind of stood out to me.... I think sometimes i put God in the trunk... I realized that God is and needs to be the driver!!!

  • Hey, this is Tina. We're hanging out together, today!

    So, yesterday, we baby-sat together, THE cutest, most polite, friendly little girl!!! We watched her for about 7 hours, and she did not disobey us ONCE. within 7 hours! amazing, huh??! i was pretty amazed.

    We are going to eat tortallinee salad (sp?) for lunch. mmm....that makes me hung-ee. i don't really know what else we are going to do today...but i'm sure something will just evolve.

    welp!! (as maggie said to me today) we're going to make like a tree and leaf.

    this is teen. teen's friend. most of you will know who i am. ;O)

    teen came over to my house, and we did soooo many fun things! and we're not even done yet! we made pumpkin pie....mmmm...i know! yummy, right?? and then we just hung out...and played computer games. haha...a gnome one in particular. most of you will know how significant that is too. haha

    and then we watched "newsies"....YAY!!!! i've seen in like a million times, but evertime it gets better...and i watched it with teen...and that makes it 100 times better.

    we also got a new idea for song, that we are planning on recording sometime.....it kind of has the ring of the backstreet boys, and all we have so far is 2 lines. but it's coming along nicely.")

    aaaannndd....oh yeah!!!! for breakfast this morning, we had 1 brownie, 1 slice of outmeal cake, and 1/4 of a pumpkin pie. it was DEEEEEEE-licious!!! yumm-O!!!

    and we now have the rest of the day to laugh. and watch saturday cartoons. yay!!!!!!

    see you lots of you tonight at youth group!!!!
